Nothing too fancy or exotic about this dish. It was just simple and delicious.
Angolan Corn and Rice Bread
Most corn bread you would find in the US has at least 1/2 cup of sugar. This bread was made similar to standard corn bread in the US sans sugar with extra added texture of cooked rice. My take away is that the rice reduces the flavor only slightly and extends the corn bread.
